How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express or regular bank account payments - all through PayPal, a service you do not need to sign up for to use! We currently do not accept cash or check.

What is your shipping policy?

All orders are processed Monday through Fridays excluding holidays. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on weekends or federal holidays.

How long will my order take to arrive?

US orders should arrive within 5-10 business days and international orders within a 10-15 business days however this varies from country to country based on your respective CUSTOMS dept.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide by USPS Priority Mail International (10-15 Days).

Will I get a tracking number for my shipment?

Yes! You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number about 2-5 business days after your order is placed. Make sure you also check your SPAM folder just in case our email gets stuck there.

Will you restock sold out items?

Yes we do keep an eye out on Facebook and Twitter for updates.

Can I return or exchange an item I have ordered?

ALL SALES FINAL. Unless the product is damaged during shipment of delivery, you are responsible for return shipping charges, the item must be in its original packaging, and is subject to inspection to verify that it is new or unused.
